Connecting Apple Music
On Cue asks for Apple Music access the first time you open it. If you skipped it, go to Settings → On Cue and enable Media & Apple Music. An eligible Apple Music subscription is required for full playback.
Music permissions
On Cue reads your listening history and library to learn your taste. You can revoke this anytime in iOS Settings; cues will rely on the preferences you set in the app instead.
Location permissions
Location lets On Cue learn the places that matter in your life: the ones you visit often, and the rhythm of arriving and leaving them. It never asks you to label anywhere. It's optional, and you can change it anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Calendar permissions
Calendar access helps On Cue understand the shape of your day. It's optional and can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.
Notifications
Cues arrive as notifications. They're the heart of On Cue. If they've stopped, check iOS Settings → Notifications → On Cue, and make sure Focus modes allow them. In the app, you can set quiet hours and how often cues arrive.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → On Cue. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account or data
During the beta, account deletion is handled by email: write to [email protected] and we'll remove your account and learned personalization. In-app deletion arrives before public launch. See the privacy policy for details.
Reporting a problem
Something off? A cue that didn't fit, playback trouble, a bug? During the beta you can report directly through TestFlight. Otherwise, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll take a look.
