Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using On Cue, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use On Cue, and old enough to hold the Apple Media Services account you connect.

The On Cue service

On Cue surfaces music suggestions based on context you choose to share, such as time, weather, places, calendar, and your listening history. Cues are suggestions, not guarantees; the service depends on the signals available and your connected music service.

Apple Music & third-party services

Playback and music content require an eligible Apple Music subscription, which is governed by Apple's own terms. On Cue is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Third-party services you connect are governed by their own terms and policies. Confirm with legalVerify required Apple attribution and affiliation language before publishing.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & free trials

On Cue offers a paid subscription with an optional free trial. Trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscription prices and terms are shown at purchase.

Confirm with productFinalize trial length, tiers, pricing, and renewal mechanics to match App Store Connect configuration exactly.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That includes:

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the service
  • Circumventing content protections or music licensing
  • Using the service to violate laws or others' rights
  • Reselling or redistributing the service without permission

Availability & changes to the service

On Cue is under active development, especially during beta. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We'll aim to give notice of material changes where practical.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Confirm with legalStandard disclaimer language to be finalized by counsel.
